What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to Covid-19 there might be delays for exchange and refunds compared to the actual process.
All regular priced items are eligible for a 30 day refund period. All sale/discounted/promotional items are final sale. Items must be returned in original packaging, and unused in order to quality for refund. Please note that your original shipping charges are not refunded and all return shipping costs must be covered by you. All return shipping must include a tracking number.
Due to Covid-19, our team here is extra diligent in ensuring that your order gets shipped within 24-48hrs to avoid any delays. You may cancel your order prior to it being shipped. If you have received a shipping notification, the items must then be returned to us unopened/unused in order to be eligible for refund/cancellation.
All sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?
Refund processing is 3-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. All orders placed with an incorrect or invalid shipping address will be subjected to applicable return-to-sender fees, plus an additional $1.50 restocking fee.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
Contact Lithe Lashes at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date you received your order with your order number. A return shipping label will be sent to you.
