What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to Covid-19 there might be delays for exchange and refunds compared to the actual process.
You have 30 days to return your order for a full refund, from the date that you receive your order as stated on your tracking records. All items must be returned in original packaging, and unused to qualify for refund. Please note that your original shipping charges are not refunded and all return shipping costs must be covered by you. All return shipping must include a tracking number.
Not sure about your lash order? That’s okay! You have up to 48 hours to cancel your order.
All sale and discounted items (including those with a promotion code applied) are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

When will I receive my refund?
A refund takes about 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the refund.
What happens if I receive the wrong product?
Contact Lithe Lashes at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date you received your order with your order number. A return shipping label will be sent to you.
Lost or damaged packages
Oh no! If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com
Simply email us with a description to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from delivery.
